I planned to spend my easter day house hunting a new town called Treixedo for properties for sale. I stumbled upon some gorgeous pieces of land by the river Dão, where you can also find the ecopiste de Santa Comba Dão going through it. The owner and I went on a spontenous trip to explore his land. He also has some other pieces for sale at a lower price of 5000 euros which I will show next week. This video shows how house hunting in Portugal can go.

The first piece shown was more for rental opportunities. The second piece he was talking about 20.000 thousand. Although, prices are negotiotable. BE AWARE that you can NOT build on these plots since it will not have the right permissions. It is classified as rustic land and not urban land, which is required for building and living.
