I promised a faster turn-around than Virginia Tech, and I wanted to keep this promise. I used the official document, which I'll link, as my primary source. As per usual, I took some creative liberties with some of the details, but it's as accurate with the report as I could make it.

I also used the English version, posted by skeletor_thagawd on Reddit, but the link on the post is broken. The English one does have some confusing parts due to the translation software, so manually Google Translating the original document is better, in my opinion.
