Smartcentres vs RioCan Q2 2021 - SRU.UN or REI.UN stock?

Let's look at REI.UN and SRU.UN stock for q2 2021. Those are the RioCan and Smartcentres REITs that we reviewed last year. They can also be found under tickers REI-UN and SRU-UN or REI.UN.TO and SRU.UN.TO.
