Diet dessert with oatmeal and apples! It's delicious and you'll lose weight!
Recipe and ingredients:
3 apples.
1 pear.
Zest of 1 lemon.
Juice of half a lemon.
180 g oat flakes (1.5 cups).
50 grams of walnuts.
Fry in vegetable oil.

Mix everything well.
3 eggs.
Be sure to wash your eggs before using them.
