On Friday, 2 February 2024, the Free Market Foundation (FMF)'s Khaya Lam Project received the Goodwill Award from the FW de Klerk Foundation. The Khaya Lam Project is an initiative that facilitates the transfer of title deeds to the rightful owners of municipal homes. To date, the project has facilitated the transfer of over 13 000 title deeds.
