Unfortunately this isn’t the first time Annapolis has flooded, and I’m sure it won’t be the last time either. Downtown Annapolis is notorious for flooding anytime a bad storm rolls through, and Tropical Storm Ophelia was no different.

The storm didn’t seem too crazy from my house on the outskirts of Annapolis, but the damage I saw while I explored downtown on the Honda Grom shows that it was obviously a different story down there. Fortunately, from what I’ve read, they plan on fixing all of these flooding issues as part of the coming renovations to the City Dock 🤞🏻
