My easy banana bread recipe makes super moist bitesize treats with chocolate chips to make them even more tasty. This recipe is made in a loaf tin then cut into pieces, but you can also use the same mixture to make muffins too.

This is a really simple pudding recipe to make at home using 3 bananas. Also, if you don’t have chocolate chips, you can also cut up a bar of chocolate and add it to the banana bread mixture. A delicious banana recipe perfect to make with the kids.

Ingredients for my easy banana bread recipe:

- 80g Butter
- 150g Caster sugar
- 200g Plain flour
- ½ tsp Bicarbonate of soda
- 2 Larg eggs
- 60ml Semi skimmed milk
- 3 Bananas (ripe)
- 50g Bar of dark chocolate or chocolate chips
- Icing sugar (for a drizzle)
