Pan- fried cajun salmon with creamy caper sauce is one of my favorite recipies.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Ingredient salmon
Cajun seasoning
Garlic salt lawry's
Cracked black pepper
LEMON CAPER SAUCE
Serves 3 small slices of salmon.
1 tsp. Menced garlic
2 T. Butter
3 T. Dijon mustard
1/2 to 1 tsp yellow mustard
1 -2 Full tsp mayo
4 tsp to 4 T. Sherry wine
1 tspn dried parsley flakes
1/2 lemon for juice
Crushed black pepper
Garlic salt.
Place garlic and butter in pan, saute then add the rest. Simmer for a min or 2 then set aside.
