In this video we are going to be H.O.T (Honest, open, and transparent)! We are taking how to spend time with God back to the basics in hopes it removes the stigma and intimidation surrounding having a relationship with God. TRANSPARENT MOMENT: I felt like it wasn't enough for me to sit on the couch and TELL you how to spend this time with Him, but to experience the distractions that comes along with developing a morning routine first hand.
In a raw and vlog style form, I will tell you WHY I begin having a "Quiet Time" routine, we will discuss how to journal + devotional/bible study books I've read (that has deeply helped me with healing + perspective), and last by not least how my morning routine consist of Yoga (staying active). I will share my worship playlist and the essentials I have used to set the atmosphere and so much more! I had you in mind when creating this video as I realize everyone is on a different walk of life with God...there is NO shame or condemnation here!
