Intergalactic clouds are vast, diffuse clouds of gas and dust that exist in the space between galaxies in the universe. These clouds are primarily composed of hydrogen gas, with trace amounts of other elements and dust particles. They are significantly less dense compared to the clouds within galaxies, like nebulae.
