Sometimes building a complete bicycle from the ground-up is a very Zen experience. Other times you're dropping parts, nothing fits, you don't have the right tools, you have to make a run to the shop, and it takes 10x longer than you planned. In this episode you can witness the latter. Despite the challenges we faced on this build we still had a ton of fun with it and ultimately got to film this Hardcore Hardtail's inaugural trail ride.
