Most people take weather forecasts for granted. We can get instant information by checking our trusted weather apps, and even though they aren't perfect, they are quite helpful. But sometimes, especially if you don't live by your phone, knowing how to observe weather patterns can be just as accurate, and in some case even more accurate that an app is.
