I found out there are balls of moss, called Marimo, out there and just had to make this video! In this video, I go over where these moss balls are found, what kinds are out there, and how they form. Turns out, moss ball formation is similar to the geologic processes that form ice ball, ooids, and other similar rock concretions, so I found it really interesting that this seemingly biological phenomenon is also quite geological! Hope you guys enjoy learning about these moss balls as much as I did!
