Momos are an absolute favourite of everybody! And what better time than winter to make them at home and have piping hot momos with family and friends! And since it is winter time - the season of the freshest and the most tender vegetables of the year, this is the best time to make the vegeterian version!
This recipe contains cabbage as the main vegetable. However, you can also add grated carrots, chopped and fired mushrooms as well to the cabbage, they make some interesting combinations!

P.s. : Be careful while making the dough. The dough must be knead well to give it a certain elasticity. Also, please be careful of the wetness of the dough. This dough is relatively a drier one. So, if the dough is wetter than required, the wrappers might tear while folding the momos.
