From Pixar's biggest disgrace comes a Pixar knockoff movie. 'Luck' seems like a film with an interesting premise. What cooky things could happen if you only have bad luck? What an inventive and fun prompt to play off of! Instead, what we get is a undercooked world that does a lot of overexplaining for a system that's overcomplicated. Completely missing the mark on what people would come to a film like this for, to give us Pixar cliches, an anticlimactic story, and a muddied overall message.
