An Insta-worthy beverage that has consumed social media, the Dalgona coffee is a DIY trend that has not gone unnoticed. With origins in South Korea as well as India and Pakistan, the caffeinated drink utilises ingredients easily found at home, such as instant coffee, milk, water and sugar.

We've decided to try our hand at making the super frothy instant coffee for ourselves, since, like everyone else, we've been staying put at home as much as we can. But we’ve also decided to take things up a notch (and improving the taste of it) by adding in milk cubes and a splash of butterfly pea water (made from steeping butterfly pea flower petals in water overnight).
