Here's a short video on the value system we created that allow us to keep putting ourselves and our work out there, despite self doubt and our strong inner critics, and how these values help lessen our dependence on getting validation from external forces.

While getting validation from others is important when it comes to generation income for our work and content, it should not be the most important metric to pin our success against.
