Henry Thomas's move from Hollywood to Oregon was a long time coming. For decades after rocketing to fame in Steven Spielberg's beloved 1982 blockbuster "E.T. The Extra Terrestrial," he lived at the center of the entertainment industry's beating heart in Los Angeles. But at a certain point, Thomas realized that having an L.A. zip code "didn't make any sense" to him anymore.
