Reservation numbers for the 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning shows that a wide range of people across the US are interested in the new electric truck.
Many manufacturers, including Ford, have fallen behind schedule this year because of a global scarcity of semiconductor chips. And it looks like f150 Lightning might be a casualty of the supply chain chaos, since executives have been chatting about the delivery timeframe on calls and in meetings.

For more than four decades, the Ford F-150 has been America’s top selling pickup and the Blue Oval is on the cusp of delivering its first fully electric full size truck.

The F-150 Lightning has the same cabin and bed dimensions as the conventional F-150. But the Lightning comes with more storage. Because of the electric motors, There was enough area for a Mega Power front trunk like you’d find on a Tesla. There’s plenty of room for camping supplies or cold beers in this front trunk.
