Here is a summary:

Guideline replaced one-time transaction fees (i.e. loans, distributions) with an asset-based fee of 0.08%.

This fee absolutely represents a price increase, but Guideline did not communicate it that way.

While Guideline previously did not allow for participants to pay any fees with the exception of the transaction fees, they now require participants to pay the 0.08% fee.

Guideline is still among the lower cost providers, but not as competitive with their fee structure as they were previously.
