From my VHS recordings, here are the promos and bumpers (with the occasional commercial) from Fox Kids in the Spring and Summer of 2001 (this collection starts around April and ends in August of 2001). These aired during episodes of Digimon's 2nd season from that year.

5. The "Saban Entertainment" end bumper (which always aired at the end of any Saban Fox Kids show).
6. Digimon end credits (includes promo for new Digimon episode. I believe this is after the "Digimon World Tour" story arc).
7. "Hot Pockets" foot commercial (sorry, the last few seconds of the commerial are cut off). I got through college living off of eating "Hot Pockets"...
8. Digimon end credits (includes promo for new Digimon episode).
9. Fox Kids bumper ("where did pajamas come from?" question and answer).
10. Fox Kids end credits (with promo for the Season Finale)
11. Fox Kids bumper (with "Stephen King" question and answer)
12. Fox Kids bumper (with "largest pyramid" question and answer)
13. Digimon end credits (with "Digimon Season 3" teaser promo)
14. "Fruit Gushers" commercial
15. "Spider-Man" promo (reruns of thte 90's Spider-Man cartoon, returning to Fox Kids). If you recall from my previous "Fox Kids" upload, they brought back the "X-Men" cartoon the Summer prior (in 2000), so bringing back Spider-Man for the Summer made sense (also, I think Fox Kids was running out of "new" material by this point).
16. "The Ripping Friends" promo ("Coming this Fall!")
17. Fox Kids bumper (with "10,000 flushes" answer)
18. "Recess: School's Out" animated movie ("on Video and Disney DVD August 7th").
19. "Power Rangers: Time Force" promo (focusing on "Jen" the Pink Ranger)
20. Fox Kids bumper (with "snowboarding" answer segment)
21. Fox Kids bumper ("flying saucer" animation sequence)
21. Fox Kids bumper ("transforming motorcycle" animation sequence)

24. "Mini Extreme Cycle" commercial (partial)
25. Digimon promo (Yes, that's Japanese kids exclaiming "Oy Vey!!", for some reason...)
26. "Pokemon 3: The Movie" promo (this film released in US theaters in April, and was released on VHS/DVD in August). Strange to see a promo for a Pokemon movie on Fox Kids.

Commentary: The 3rd season of "Digimon" started on September 1st, 2001, and a couple weeks later the September 11th attacks occurred. I think I had started to record the first couple episodes of Season 3, but lost track following the September 11th attacks (a lot of my time ended up being spent watching the nightly news and cable news that Fall). So I eventually realized that I was done with Digmon after Season 2 had finished.

Also, I consider the 3rd Pokemon movie the end of "Pokemon as a pop culture phenomenon". That's around when i stopped watching it (though I do remember renting the VHS tape for the 3rd Pokemon movie and watching it. Again, that was probably shortly before the September 11th attacks). Yes, Pokemon was still massively popular, but....there would not be any further "Pokemon movies" in theaters, and Kids WB shared it's "anime spotlight" with Yu-Gi-Oh, which took off in popularity in the Fall of 2001. So this was also the end of an era for Pokemon.
