It was all systems go as the 63rd edition of the KCB Safari Rally took off at the KICC in Nairobi on Good Friday with drivers gearing up for a gruelling 1000 Kilometres. After three days of rally action it all came down to one stage to turn the rally on its head. The short 16Km Kibirichia stage proved to be the sting in the tail for the Top contenders.
