How to Handle Bad Days - Grant Cardone: From the age of 25-45 I had what you might call chronic grief. Counsellors told me it was because my dad died when I was 10, that my brother died when I was 20, that I had this loss here and that loss there—and that all the losses were the cause of my grief. While it hurt immensely when I lost a family member or had a big setback in life, I realized later that my losses were not the root cause of my grief. You can be depressed whether you are losing or even winning in life, and I want to share with you what I found to end my grief.
