FLUKE network's latest tool for fiber network technicians lets you detect the presence of fiber optic signal from cables, SPF modules, and transceivers.. Single mode (long distance) or Multi-mode (less than 2km) - the FiberLert can detect light from either. The biggest advantage the FiberLert from @FlukeNetworksVideo brings is to take the guess work out of determining if a fiber optic cable has signal on it, or not. Using your eyes to try to see the light coming out of the SPF module or end of the fiber cable is a waste of time.
