2. Once the prize has been shipped, I am not responsible for any damage that may have been caused during shipment

8. Winners of PREVIOUS giveaways will still be eligible to win, but the prizes will be modified to a giftcard worth $10 USD to a Gunpla Store* of their choice. In the event that a previous winner has won, another drawing will be held for the original prize.

*The chosen store must be predominantly a Gunpla/model kit seller unless there are no appropriate stores in the winner's region
