The song "Arix" is named after the village of Arix in Turkey, ruined by the earthquake. It tells the story of a mother who sings about her sons and daughters who did not live long enough to get married, even though they were on the verge of doing so.

Arranged by Helene Gluxam

Lyrics translation from Kurdish:

"In a village they call Arix
The year of the earthquake
Two hundred and three hundred tombs were opened
De lo lo lo

the moon was born
with the full moon
Blind mother, your children
Not even brides and grooms yet
While on the doorstep"
