The concrete areas at this property haven't been washed in over 30 years.
The concrete was heavily stained with oil and grease and was very difficult to removed.
Even with post wash treatment it was hard to remove.
The concrete area behind the shed had been eroded away by rain running off the shed roof and it had exposed the aggregate in the concrete.
