Today I'm sharing my root beer mead recipe with you! This mead features a root beer extract but I also mention a syrup you can make at home. This mead is carbonated and really good! You can make this mead in both a bottle carbonated and keg carbonated way. This biggest difference will be what kind of back sweetening sugar you use and a little bit of process.
