Example push day for training calisthenics. I include the front lever on this day as well as push ups, weighted push ups, dips, one arm push ups, and various accessory lifts which include lateral raise, shrugs, resistance bands, and more. This is my method for increasing my weighed push up, reps in push ups, front lever, and over all pushing strength.
