Today I have shared a korean Jajang tteokbokki recipe. This recipe is complete combination of jajangmeyon ,black bean paste and tteokbokki. Jajang Tteokbokki tastes like chewy soft rice cakes that are covered in a rich black bean sauce with hints of onion and green onion and a rich flavor.
Ingredients:
100 g fermented soy black beans
ginger-garlic
sesame oil /cooking oil
green onion or veggies
gochujang
chili flakes/chili powder/gochugaru
rice vinegar/white vinegar/sake/mirin
sugar
