Test filament PA12 with approx. 10% carbon.
Today we will see how the PA12 with 10% carbon can be extruded. From the Maßgenauigleit it is super it is at 3/100 mm. The extrusion properties are very good, you just have to dry it well before. It builds up internally a certain tension therefore I found also still another improvement at my measuring unit. At the first test I managed about 2.5 kg/hour. I think 4 kg is feasible because it only has a specific of 1.02, which is 40% more meters than PLA. How the printing results are I will present in a separate video. But on the whole, the PA12 with about 10% carbon is very satisfactory.

Heute schauen wir mal wie sich das PA12 mit 10% Carbon Extrudieren läßt. Von der Maßgenauigleit ist es super es liegt bei 3/100 mm. Die Extrusions Eigenschaften sind sehr gut man muß es vorher nur gut trocknen. Es bau intern eine gewisse Spannung auf deshalb habe ich auch noch eine Verbesserung an meiner Messeinheit gefunden. Beim ersten Test habe ich ca. 2,5 Kg/Stunde geschafft. Ich denke machbar sind 4 Kg da es nur ein spezifisches von 1,02 hat sind das schon 40 % mehr an Metern wie bei PLA. Wie die Druckergebnisse sind werde ich in einem eigenen Video vorstellen. Aber im Großen und Ganzen ist das PA12 mit ca. 10% Carbon sehr zufrieden stellend.
