From the car tuner scene to the beloved Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX in the Fast and the Furious, the Mitsubishi Eclipse has been a favorite in the car community for a long time. The 3rd and 4th generations fell a little flat even though the 4th gen Eclipse was the most powerful version to date.

We haven't seen a new Eclipse since 2012, but could it be time for Mitsubishi to start thinking about getting back into the performance game with this little coupe?
