When opening a brewery refrigeration power is important to consider, and upsizing your glycol is one of the cheapest and most efficient ways to cool or refrigerate whole areas in addition to all they do for your fermenters and brite tanks. So far we only have a dinky little 1/2 Hp Glycol chiller, but we were still able to reliably chill a 9x9x9 room down to beer serving temperatures with the us of a fan unit from Kreyer.
