This is from the rather good Season 7 DVD Release of Voyager and has more or less consistant image quality. There are a few scenes though in this clip where the original focus was not set correctly.

A heavily processed clip from Star Trek: Voyager, edited and upscaled to true HD 1440p resolution using an extensive AI supported process. It is neither endorsed or supported by Paramount Home Entertainment and is based off the original DVD-Release of Voyager to showcase, what fans of the series can do in terms of restauration.

👉 Why is this so impressive?
Because it is based off the original DVD Release of Voyager that itself was crippeld by bad compression and mastering errors. Just imagine, what we could do, if we had proper access to the uncompressed standard definition video files on what the DVDs are based on.
