Boris Johnson’s tenure as prime minister of the United Kingdom looks to be over with everyday Britons sick of the “hypocrisy” coming from Downing Street, according to GB News’ Calvin Robinson.

Numerous Tory MPs have called on Prime Minister Johnson to resign after it was revealed his office held numerous events at Downing Street while the country was enduring strict COVID lockdowns.

Mr Robinson told Sky News Australia many people were sick of the “hypocrisy” shown by the political elite.

“People weren’t allowed to see their loved ones and hold their hands while they passed away,” he said.

“People were isolating and very afraid of what was going on and then at the same time we hear the people writing these rules literally creating these draconian restrictions were having a whale of a time.”
