Located in Meridian, just outside of Boise, Idaho, along a dead end street (Vicenza Way & Milano Drive) behind a Walmart, is a spot where very few people drive or park. We stayed there a full week and no one bothered us. It's actually pretty peaceful and we enjoyed the sounds of quail and pheasant.
