OOPS WE DID IT AGAIN! This time Jess and I grabbed a brand new Suzuki Jimny from Horizon Adventure co. and headed to North Stradbroke Island for a few days of adventuring.
Straddie is a sub-tropical island, located 30 km southeast of Brisbane, Queensland and it is the world’s second largest sand island: about 38 km long and 11 km wide!

This Jimny set-up was sick! We had the luxury of a roof top tent, fridge and can you believe there's even room for a cheeky foldaway table in the little beast.
We checked out a few of the must see spots;
- Cylinder Beach
- Main Beach camping ( night 1)
- Keyhole lake
- Rock pools at the tip of Deadman's Beach
- Flinders Beach camping ( night 2&3 zone 11. We found a sneaky spot that looked like a entry way to the track but was in fact a beach front camp area that was missing the front bollard, which was on the ground close by)
