I wanted to create this video share some tips on how to ease the process.

Today’s market is crazy, but hiring a Real Estate professional will help you get your home sold faster or make you buying process a lot easier.

I would recommend meeting face to face with an experienced Real Estate Agent.

Tip 1: Do NOT choose a realtor based on how much they charge
◦ Experience/optimism/confidence BEATS low price
◦ Choose based on their optimism and experience
◦ At end of day, best price or most money in pocket

Tip 2: Referral recommended
◦ I wouldn’t recommend finding someone just strictly on social media.

Tip 3: Should have a marketing plan
◦ Anyone can post online and stick a sign
◦ Know what the 1st thing to do and have a specific strategy and system of getting things done!!
◦ Make them work (Call, calls, calls, hard work!), network to advertise to

Tip 4: Make sure they know every objection you give them.
◦ Test their knowledge
◦ Test to see what they say (Positive or Negative comment)
◦ Optimism in tone
◦ There will be No market Crash!
◦ Teach you if it’s right to buy or sell instead of just buy or sell so they can just collect a check

Tip 5: Make sure an agreement is signed if listing a home
◦ Exclusive agreement best to have someone work for you, 100% devotion to you, not having to compete against seller
◦ Don’t overthink, Exclusive agreement
◦ They don’t sell, they don’t eat
◦ Shouldn’t cost you anything up front.
◦ I would say unethical if it’s something up front
