Cheap, easy and low in calories but high in nutritious fiber, this simple, easy and delicious recipe is perfect for maintaining your weight without having to give up sweets. Strawberries and oatmeal go perfectly together! If you can't eat strawberries, try the same recipe with bananas.

Ingredients:

Using the measurements below, this makes 4 servings.

Strawberry – I used 11 strawberries.
90 g oats,
60 ml whole milk,
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring,
1 teaspoon stevia sugar (optional)
