911 Dispatchers received a call from someone stating that a male was on the freeway on the SR-163 transition ramp from the northbound I-5. When CHP officers found the male, he had been hit by a vehicle and did not stay at the scene.

The male was pronounced deceased at the scene. It’s not known how many vehicles may have hit him. The male was dressed all in white and is believed to be Middle-Eastern in his 30’s. The transition ramp is closed for the investigation.
