In this talk, I will be doing the presentation in the 9 languages that I speak in varying degrees of fluency. I will talk about the relationship between those languages such "Nepali/Hindi", "Spanish/Portuguese/French", "Japanese/Chinese", etc. I will also talk about my ethnic language "Newari", which is a native language of the Newar ethnic group in Nepal.

ANISH MAN SHRESTHA
Born in Nepal, the land of Himalayas, Anish learned 4 languages as he was growing up (Nepali/English/Newari/Hindi). After finishing high-school, he moved to Japan when he learnt Japanese and did his engineering studies (computer engineering) entirely in Japanese. When he started learning Spanish as a hobby during his university days, he realized that he really enjoyed learning languages and embarked on his lifelong journey of learning various languages which led him to additionally study Portuguese, French and Chinese.
