After almost a year since beginning this project, I finally managed to finish it. Seeing as how Injustice 2 just came out, I figured this was a good time to re-visit the beginning of Superman's path to tyranny. Continuing from the video 'Superman Kills The Joker', this video covers the aftermath of the tragedy in Metropolis as well some of the major events from the 'Year One' story arc.

Although I had read 'Year One', nothing really got under way until I heard the music. Before I had any plans to do this video, one depressing night listening to music on Youtube, I stumbled upon the amazing music tracks 'Esveta' & 'Our Reckoning' by Greg Dombrowski from Secession studios. Once I listened to those on repeat, I couldn't help but picture the final set pieces seen in this video. I then found two other tracks 'Of Gods And Men' and 'Two Souls' which I thought thematically reflected the journey of Superman and Batman during this story.
After the motivation came about, it was time to edit the structure of the video.

Unfortunately I couldn't include the majority of the story for time and practicality reasons, but the main goal was to show the gradual decay of the Bruce & Clark's friendship. I found that the music actually did most of the work for me in that regard with its ability to tell a tragic story, which is why I cannot express enough appreciation to Greg Dombrowski and Secession Studios for being able to use. There were numerous setbacks unfortunately. University, work, finding voice actors, or even just life in general. The recording phases were lengthy and sometimes tedious, but I think it was all worth it.
Thanks to the people in my life who must have gotten sick of me talking about this project yet supported me nonetheless.
And I have to thank the voice actors I found on Reddit for their time and effort to help me put this together.
