Today Tessa McIver talks to Bartosz Ziółek, who is currently Head of Digital Solutions for the Corporate and Investment Banking Area at Santander Bank Polska.

Bartek himself founded a couple of startups, before joining a casual dining chain which led him into the areas of international management and digital transformations. His career path took him to China for 15years, where he launched numerous brands.

He currently coaches, mentors, lectures and…that’s before we get to the day job at Santander.
