RECIPE BELOW!! This is super easy and so delish!! It’s become my new potato chip!!

👉🏻If you’re typically not a “bean” person, I highly suggest this recipe. Chickpeas are very different in texture, and when crisped like this, it really takes on a different texture! I live my life by having “no regrets,” but thus far I have 2: not watching The Office sooner, and not trying these sooner!

👍🏻Just get a can of chickpeas, preferably organic, low-sodium, no BPA can lining.

Watch the video walk-through if needed! Season to your liking (I LOVE a hit of cayenne in there).

INGREDIENTS:
1 - 13.5oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400F if using an oven (I used my air fryer). After draining and rinsing, pat the chickpeas dry with a dish towel or two. Place dried chickpeas on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add seasoning to your liking, toss to coat evenly, and make sure chickpeas are in a relatively even layer on the pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, TOSS, then bake another 10 min, or until the chickpeas are nice and crispy (they should shrink, some even split, and they sound pretty hard when dropped onto the baking dish -- see video for test).
Serve & enjoy!

🥣I usually keep these for about 3 days, though lately they don't make it past a day. I keep them in a small bowl on the counter and munch on them while I'm working around the house or whatever.
