2020 Lamborghini Urus (Overview)

Although Lamborghini is well-known for its outlandish supercars, even it couldn't ignore the market trend of increasing SUV popularity. But you wouldn't expect the brand to come out with some amorphous family taxi. No, Lamborghini will find success only if it has the most ostentatious SUV on the market. And that's how we end up with the 2020 Lamborghini Urus.

Powering this Lambo is a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8, an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. The engine produces 641 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque, and multiple drive modes for the AWD system help it put the power down as effectively as possible. To help it stop, the Urus comes with humongous large-pizza-size carbon-ceramic brakes. Lamborghini says the 17.3-inch-diameter front rotors are the largest in production.

2020 Rolls Royce Cullinan Black Badge (Overview)

Rolls-Royce extended its availability of the Black Badge performance trim level to its 2020 Cullinan SUV. The British luxury marque now offers this package on its complete line of vehicles including the Ghost, Dawn, Wraith and Phantom models. Fully 20-percent of all Rolls-Royce vehicles sold are Black Badge models.

Among the changes that distinguish Black Badge models are the darkened Spirit of E cstasy hood ornament and other chrome surfaces that get the same treatment including the grille surround, side window trim, trunk handle and trim, exhaust tips and lower air inlet. Polished chrome is still used on the door handles and the grille slats.

Black Badge Cullinan is equipped with new 22-inch forged alloy wheels, and for the first time, high-gloss red brake calipers.

In addition to the styling cues, the 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge has an upgraded twin-turbo 6.75-liter V12 making 600 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque. That represents a boost in output of 29 horsepower and 37 lb-ft of torque over the stock Cullinan. Rolls-Royce says the powertrain, which is equipped with a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission, can propel the vehicle to 60 mph in 4.9 seconds. Starting price, $382,000.
