Mrs Hodge has told Lucy Adams, the BBC's head of HR: "I'm not having any more lies this afternoon".

Ms Adams said last week she made a mistake in her evidence to MPs over pay-offs to BBC executives. She told a previous hearing that she did not know of an email about the payments, but later admitted she helped compose the email but did not recognise the document from its description.
