We love scuba diving in Mexico so when we heard it was Bull Shark season we knew we just had to take the plunge to see these pregnant ladies. In the winter season between November and March female Bull Sharks head to their breeding grounds off of Playa Del Carmen just south of Cancun . Our dive was strict observation, no feeding. I can still feel my heart pounding. It was a great honor to be among these apex predators for a short time. Miguel from Tolok Divers showed us and these animals immense respect.
