Hey guys! So, since the start of last year, I've meditated at least a few minutes almost every single day! I can honestly say, this has massively changed my life in terms of feeling happier, having increased focus in lessons and in exams for longer periods of time, as well as being a more patient and less stressed person!

If you'd like to implement something similar in your life, I LOVE 'The Honest Guys' on YouTube, and there are so many free meditations available, as well as apps like "Stop, Breathe and Think".
