So as you guys know from Story Time...I used to be in pretty good shape...then I started selling "candy" then got a car....then I got faaaaaat.
From 10th-11th grade I was activley doing weight lifting (won some plaques on the wall boooiiiiii). I just feel like my body is in such bad shape its starting to mess my life up...its time for a change. If you are a fat dude out there always remember ...its never too late.
