Hello dear friends!
800 g pork belly.
Cut as shown in the video.
Vegetable fat.
Sear from all sides.
Salt, black pepper.
1 onion.
Sear for 5 minutes.
Place the meat on top.
60 ml soy sauce.
1 tsp balsamic sauce.
1 tsp Italian herbs, 1 tsp paprika.
Mix.
150 ml water.
Cover and simmer for 50 minutes.
2 cloves of garlic.
Olive oil, salt, rosemary, oregano.
1 kg potatoes.
Parchment paper.
Wrap the potatoes.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
Remove excess parchment paper and bake on the grill for 10 minutes.
A wonderful dinner is ready!
